Drew is a true Northern Virginia specialist and consummate real estate professional. Interested in real estate at an early age, Drew's deep commitment and passion for real estate, love of construction and design, and his attention to detail shines through every transaction and project he completes.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Georgetown University, Drew began applying his expertise to the real estate industry by using his background and unique stylistic approach to create opportunities to work for the world's biggest consulting firm within the Real Estate & Location Strategy group. Drew's refined knowledge of construction, gathered from the many redevelopment, remodel, and design projects he's worked on, earns his client’s loyalty and appreciation.
Prior to real estate, as a Coast Guard veteran, Drew has worked in the complicated world of workplace transformation and business process improvement for the federal government and major consulting firms for much of his career. When Drew isn’t spending his time advising clients and investing in real estate projects, you’ll find him enjoying exercise, cheering on his beloved UNC Tar Heels, and working on construction projects of his own. With no slowing down in sight, Drew is taking William Andrew Homes to new heights.
Ryan Schwartz
Partner
Ryan is a D.C. native who attended Landon School and Tulane University. Growing up in his family's real estate business, Ryan spent countless hours on construction sites and developed a passion for real estate and design. After graduating from Tulane, Ryan began his career in multifamily investment sales. During that time he was responsible for start-to-finish deal execution of multifamily properties. As a real estate broker, he was exposed to the full cycle of a real estate project, from sourcing and underwriting to executing project delivery. In 2022, Ryan joined William Andrew Homes to build on his past experience and pursue his passion for real estate development. Ryan is proud to be part of a company that prides itself on quality, craftsmanship, creativity, and investment in his hometown.
